Are you yearning for a revival? Do you have a hunger for the word of God? Are you longing to have a passion for lost souls? Do you want to serve other people and tell them about Jesus?
More and more young people have the desire to experience a daily personal relationship with Jesus. They yearn for a faith which can be experienced in everyday life, and they want to get trained to serve God wherever they are.
The Youth in Mission Congress shall be one of the answers to satisfy this need. This youth congress is a movement started by young people for young people! The personal relationship with Jesus and the world wide mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church will be emphasized in true-to-life presentations and practice-oriented workshops. We strive for a revival among young people, with the aim to preach the Advent message to all the world in this generation, for we desire nothing more than the soon return of Jesus!
"Be His Hands" is the theme of the 2. Youth in Mission Congress. Jesus could reach this world without our help. But the Bible makes it very clear, that he wants to use people like you and me to reach the whole world with the wonderful message of salvation. The theme "Be His Hands" encourages you to experience a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and letting him use you to reach other people. "We have a great work to do in cooperating with Him as His helping hand." (Ellen White, The Upward Look, S. 76)
"Be His Hands" originates from an initiative of the General Conference encouraging a generation of young people to serve Jesus for one year in mission.
The presentations and workshops will …

• help you to understand the good news of salvation even better,
• encourage you to make good decisions for your personal life and
• train you to be His Hand in this world.
This congress will enrich, change and motivate your life.
