This seminar presents the ABC of biblical texts about partnership and sexuality. We will study important biblical texts to discover principles and biblical stories that illustrate these principles. The aim is to find the biblical ideal of partnership. With this foundation we can then talk about premarital relationships and cohabitation from a biblical point of view. Questions which will be answered are: What does the bible say about the different kinds of modern relationships? Is it acceptable living together with my future spouse already? What about sex before or outside of marriage? When is too far too far? We will also talk about intimacy - how God planed it (godly sex) and about disturbed intimacy (sex as a trap). At the end of the workshop we will take some time to interact and answer questions.

The topics of the 4 units are:

   • Wedding Planer – Biblical ideals on partnership
   • Premarital and cohabitation – Looking through the eyes of God
   • Love pure or poor love? Intimacy – how God planed it
   • Interaction: time for questions and answers
